That is why I came up with the Health and Wellness Plan. As a massage therapist and holistic health practitioner, I know massage has a cumulative effect. The more a client is relaxed and centered, the more effectively the whole body operates with less pain, greater flexibility, more energy, better digestion, and more efficient elimination of toxins.
I understand that holistic health and wellness are a family concern; to this end, I am providing massage, bodywork and holistic consulting services at a discounted rate in exchange for a 6 month or 12 month membership contract.This allows me to offer two sessions a month at discount rate to you and your family. You will be able to sign up to 4 family members who will be covered on your plan and share the two sessions for just one low monthly price.
Sessions include an initial holistic health assesment and discussions of you health and wellness goals to provide measured goals of what you would like to achieve in your life. Our mission is to support our clients adapt to change and find value in becoming whole through education, coaching and bodywork.
